Anonymous asked: The blogs are great. How can I continue reading them?
thank you. (: just follow the blogs.
>>So today I moved into my dorm…well actually I moved my things into my dorm but not myself…not yet at least. But anywho, everything went very smoothly, I feel great about my room and my hall. I met the roommate I share a bathroom with and she’s a foreign exchange student from Korea studying marketing (just like myself) but she’s only here for a semester BUT she was very friendly and I think we should have a nice semester together. Well I’m back home now and I have a few things that I still need to get that I didn’t even think of but I’ll be back in Athens on Saturday and that is when the real journey begins.
XOXO
Brittneyyyyy!
>>My High School has to be the most ignorant excuse for a school. Thanks to PHS I lost my HOPE scholarship as of right now because my school has yet to send my transcript which I paid for MONTHS ago. We have called my school several times, we’ve been up there everyday, we’ve call GA 411- EVERYTHING, and they still haven’t gotten my transcript. It truly sucks, my account balance is so high now, my mom is getting stressed, it’s too much right now. If starting college in 3 weeks wasn’t enough…ugh
>>I had to go to UGA today to take a placement test, I drove 2 hours to take a test that took me 15min, haha no big deal though. I also got a book bag! lol I will post a picture of it. I’m currently making a list of the things I have left to get before school starts…it’s a lot.
>>As you can imagine, since I got a new room I had to return all of my old stuff and start fresh. Starting over was a hassle; getting everything together, organizing receipts, driving, returning, and buying all over again. On the bright side, I’m super happy about this new look. I’m going to post a picture of my inspiration behind the look and then I will post a pic of what I have so far.
>>infinitybetween2souls asked: not a question but a statement! lol im goin to b a freshman at UGA too and i definitely feel ur pain on orientation. this is pretty cool tho someone should document our lives as freshmen! glad ur doin it.
Well hello there! Yeah super overwhelming lol. But thanks so much, I’m glad you like the idea. Hopefully I will see you around campus. (:
>>Anonymous asked: i thought you said that taylor was your roomate. why is it that you guys are in seperate dorms?
because we’re putting in a late roommate request, she already was assigned a dorm…so now we put in our roommate request which is confirmed but we have to decide which room we want. (:

I lived in Creswell last year, and I LOVED it. Not just b/c it was co-ed, but b/c you really get a freshman feel. Everybody is so much more welcoming and talkative in the freshman housing than upperclassmen in East Campus. I would def. call housing and see what they can do about putting you in Brumby with your roommate, especially since I see you have a theme already picked out and everything. I know the rooms are smaller and cramped, but that is just another thing you get to look back on freshman year and laugh about. :) Hope this helps.
